Apply to Become a Tree Campus USA Community

Application Deadline: December 31, 2008

Applications will not be processed without the following:

  1. This application form, completed.
  2. Copy of the campus tree care plan.
  3. Breakdown of campus tree program expenditures.
  4. Documentation of Arbor Day observance and service learning project, including pictures and media coverage.
